I think he backed off because if he took a seat on the board he would be limited on amount of shares. Probably has intentions of buying a bigger percentage. And thanks for the info about my ID, I actually took advantage of the option of hiding my email, so I"m guessing I'm still anonymous.

May be a hostile takeover, but probably will be a positive improvement
